Here is a list of some email addresses that you can ban from registering -- this should help cut down spam on your forum. These are emails commonly used by some spammers.

You can ban registrations by these emails by going to your ADMIN CP> vBulletin Options> User Banning Options

First look at your spam settings to make sure they are set to do what you want them to do ..
or block spam addresses manually by copying the address .. clicking on Mail options then on block senders .. and paste in the address to block it
