Some search engines, like the Inktomi search engine, read comments in the “<!--" format. If you place a keyword rich paragraph after such a comment at the top of the page this could help keyword weighting and your keyword relevancy.

In the past I’ve tried to guess whether the comment was genuine or purely self-promotional. It’s impossible to tell with some of the comments so regretfully I’ve decided not to publish any more comments supporting any specific R4 Revolution seller.

With this site bringing more attention to the ratings given to R4 Revolution sellers on sites like Review Centre, there is an incentive for stores to manipulate these scores by posting fake reviews on them. To lessen the impact of this I’ve decided not to update the scores on my table which will hopefully keep the information published here more reliable.
